Many of our activities do pose a certain level of risk exposure and involve the use of tools and hand tools (carpentry, sewing), or cutting of sharp items (mosaics), these are examples and are not limited to these activities. Please know that by enrolling in these sessions you are taking on 100% liability for any harm or injury that may occur.
CCALFA ensures the environment is as safe and conducive as possible but none of its teachers or agents on site will be held liable for any harm or injury arising from your/ your child’s participation.
WHAT TO WEAR -
(1) closed-toe footwear - please ensure that your child is wearing closed-toe footwear on site at all times. The closed-toe footwear must have thick soles, and are worn at all times. No thongs or bare feet are allowed on site.
(2) hair tied back - Make sure all hair is tied back and away from the face, to avoid any entanglement with machinery or equipment.
Please ensure you have read the “Waiver of Liability Form”, CCALFA (Apollo Eris Pty Ltd, Monica Anderson, or any of her descendants, staff, representatives, or anyone on site, take no responsibility for any risks, harm or death, or loss or damage or property which may arise in the course of you or your child participating on site.
