Cancellation & Pricing Policy

All Programs:

Severe Weather Cancellation

Severe weather can compromise the safety of participants at CCALFA. The severity of the weather event can pose different challenges particularly for the outdoor/ open air venue (commonly used for archery, permaculture, bee-keeping talks/workshops, etc); and potentially the outdoor studio (Studio B is not completely enclosed to the elements).

It may include but not be limited to thunderstorms, high winds with the risk of branches falling, flash flooding, extreme tides. If severe weather is forecast, the session may be cancelled and you will be notified as soon as possible in advance (the day before or earlier). We have no-refund policy. Any unused purchase will sit as a credit towards another session, workshops or products with CCALFA.

If a session is cut short or cancelled half way through due to a severe weather event or unsafe conditions, we are unfortunately unable to refund the days fees.

Wet Weather

We are an ‘all weather’ program meaning that all of our programs go ahead in wet weather as long as it is safe. We put up temporary rain shelters but participants will very likely still get wet (usually by choice). Please ensure all attendees (children, students AND staff) are appropriately dressed and prepared.

We have a no-refund policy. If you decide not to turn up on a day, that purchase will be held as future credit for you to use.

CCALFA Payment And Cancellation Policy

Payment

The day fee (which covers 9am to 2:30pm) must be paid online (via Paypal or creidt card), or via Direct Deposit if arranged prior to the day. EFTPOS is available on site, and payment must be made prior to attendance. *PLEASE NOTE, we do not encourage payments on the day - as instructors need to prepare enough materials and allocated space for participants prior to their module.

We do encourage you to book online prior to the day, as this gives CCALFA time to organise materials and resources. If an attendee registers or turns up on the day, but does not pay prior to the event, the attendee may be unable to participate in the program.

Absence (sick) Policy

We have a no-refund policy. Any unused credits can be used for a future event or day program.

Cancellation Policy

We have a no-refund policy. Any unused credits can be used for a future event or day program.

Program Cancellation

If a class or program is cancelled due to wet weather or for any other reason, your purchase will be held as a credit for future use.
