For all Direct Debit payment options - One, Two or Three day options - these terms and conditions apply :

  • Direct debit payments are automatic – they occur each week

  • The price of your direct debit contract is set for a 12 month period from when the contract commences.

  • ** As honorary/ first time clients/ members, this low rate is fixed for life regardless of price increases - provided your direct debit keeps going. If you discontinue and decide to resume or re-instate your direct debit membership at a later date, your rate will be the higher rate at that date.

  • Your direct debit may be upgraded to more days a week, or downgraded to fewer days in a week at any time. Any changes to your direct debit terms must be requested by email.

  • You may suspend your direct debit at any time (for example, if you are travelling or unable to attend due to prolonger illness or injury). Please email CCALFA to request any changes to your direct debit contract.

  • We require at least 3 days written notice to suspend your direct debit.

  • Minimum suspension period is 14 days.

  • Direct debit cannot be suspended while missed classes are being made up.

  • Make-ups are permitted if you miss a day. You can attend a make-up day anytime in the next two weeks after the end of the previous direct debit period. Please just let us know via email at least two days beforehand, if you are making a missed day - the teachers need sufficient notice to be able to prepare the right amount of materials/ to set up adequately.

  • Please Note: Cancelation requests for direct debits must be SENT BY EMAIL to CCALFA.

  • PLEASE NOTE CCALFA HAS A NO REFUND POLICY.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Under certain circumstances, if you are unable to attend a particular workshop, class or event, you may request to convert your purchase to a credit to be used at a later date. To do this you must email the studio at least 24 hours before the scheduled day, class or event you are unable to attend.

  • Any value credited to your account may be used for future attendance
