Wood Working

Damien grew up learning the art of wood turning from his dad. He enjoys making bowls and functional items for his own personal use.

Between deep sea fishing and wood turning, which are his two main passions, Damien is passionate about passing on this dying skill and art form to young learners with the hopes of sharing not just the technique but the deep gratification of making/ creating beautiful fine functional items out of wood. Damien teaches wood working - which includes wood turning and basic carpentry - at CCALFA fortnightly on Tuesday mornings.
